IT Project Engineer / IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer (2 Positions)

Job Summary

We are expanding our technical team and are seeking passionate IT professionals to join us as either an IT Project Engineer or IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure projects, supporting end-user environments, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our customers.

Position 1: IT Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure deployment projects.
• Perform installation, configuration, and migration of servers, storage, virtualization, networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud solutions.
• Coordinate project activities with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct project documentation, testing, handover, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope and timeline.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices to customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • Active Directory
  • Networking and Firewall Solutions
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Possess good communication and project coordination abilities.

• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Position 2: IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and common business applications.
• Perform user account administration and access management.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, email accounts, devices, software licenses, and system access.
• Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new hires and ensure timely collection and asset recovery during employee separation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate asset tracking and assignment records.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant support teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and technical documentation.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are handled within SLA requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or EUC environment.

• Familiarity with:

  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory
  • Endpoint Management
  • Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Basic Networking

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
