IT Project Engineer (Microsoft 365)

The Role:

• Lead Microsoft Teams Phone and telephone number migration projects
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 / Teams enterprise voice services
• Coordinate deployments, track progress, and maintain documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
• Provide L2 support for end-user systems, applications, and modernization initiatives

Experience Needed:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years' experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT support, or project coordination
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and reporting skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proactive and willing to learn
