IT Project Executive

1. Communicate with end users, internal parties and vendors for project implementation
2. Provide project and administrative support:

·        Taking dictations and minutes during meetings

·        Collect goods and arrange goods delivery / storage

·        Maintain inventory records

·        Disposal handling

·        Escorting vendors

1. On-site work may be required in customer remote office in non-office hours.
2. Consolidating inventory list (with Excel), meeting arrangement (meeting invitation, agenda, taking minutes with action items), and administrative management
