IT PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle project administration, coordinate project activities and support the Project Manager in governance and compliance tasks.

·       Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes of meetings and circulate action items to ensure timely follow‑up and accountability.

·       Assist in reviewing and finalizing project documentation, maintaining version control, ensuring governance standards, and timely sign‑offs.

·       Monitor and control project progress, follow up on team member status and escalate potential bottlenecks or risks to the Project Manager/Director.

·       Participate in internal and external project status meetings.

·       Coordinate logistics for UAT, training sessions and project workshops.

·       Maintain and control project documentation and deliverables repository.
