IT Project Executive (Implementer)

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT/Computer or Logistics/Transportation
• Candidate must be willing to travel within or outside of Malaysia
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or Logistics field or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Required Skill(s): Presentation Skills, written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Excel
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

What you'll be doing

• Act as a contact between the customer and internal staff for all support activities
• Ensure that all projects and delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on time execution and completion
• Oversee and resolve issues and risks of assigned projects
• Manage project assistant and coordinate internal resources and third party / vendors for the project execution
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
• Provide regular reports and updates on project status
• Prepare requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
• Conduct internal testing on issue reported and new release items before roll out to customers
• Provide first / second level technical support to existing customers
• Assist first level support team on issue reported
• Pre-sales activities related to the products
