IT Project Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.

• Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and management.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Track project progress using project management tools and prepare regular status reports.

• Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.

• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.

• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.

• Facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers when required.

• Ensure successful project deployment, user acceptance, documentation, and project closure.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
