IT Project Manager - Migration Azure Cloud

Context

This role focuses on managing IT projects related to Azure cloud migration and executing an infrastructure maintenance roadmap. The position involves driving digital transformation initiatives within IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Missions

• Translate business strategy into actionable IT infrastructure and digital roadmaps
• Drive initiatives such as cloud transformation, modernization, and system evolution
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and long-term digital objectives
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and transformation projects (cloud, networks, platforms, workplace, etc.)
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, architecture, and external vendors
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural standards
• Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
• Monitor timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies; proactively drive mitigation actions
• Establish clear governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the key interface between business, IT, and external partners
• Communicate complex technical topics in a clear, structured, and business-relevant way
• Facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights and structured recommendations
• Drive accountability and maintain high delivery standards across all contributors
• Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure, processes, and delivery models
• Promote best practices in IT service management, automation, and cloud adoption
• Contribute to the evolution of project management practices and digital capabilities

Tools & Environment

• IT infrastructure domains: networks, servers, cloud platforms, security, workplace technologies
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS
• Modern architectures: multi-tier, hybrid, microservices, cloud-native
• Tools and environments: Linux, networking, security frameworks, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Exchange)
• Project management methodologies: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (certifications considered a plus)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
2. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure or transformation programs
3. Proven experience delivering cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives
4. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (Agile certifications are a plus)
5. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and cloud environments
6. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology initiatives to business value
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
8. Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach
9. Fluent in English
10. Hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure domains (networks, servers, cloud platforms, security, workplace technologies)
11. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and migration strategies
12. Familiarity with modern architectures (multi-tier, hybrid, microservices, cloud-native)
13. Experience with digital roadmap planning, portfolio prioritization, and transformation governance
14. Knowledge of tools and environments such as Linux, networking, security frameworks, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Exchange)
15. Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
16. Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
