IT Project Manager (Banking)

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of IT projects.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Follow up on action items and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects or workstreams when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PMO or project management support.
• Hands-on experience with IT projects.
• Good project coordination and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.

Preferred

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
