IT Project Manager (Cards and E-Payments technologies)

· Manage end-to-end delivery of cards, payments, and banking technology projects.

· Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, status reports, and governance documentation.

· Coordinate with business users, IT application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, card schemes, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timeline, cost, quality, security, and compliance expectations.

· Track risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and decisions, and escalate matters requiring management attention.

· Support scheme certification activities, mandate implementation, regulatory changes, testing coordination, and production rollout planning.

· Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on action items, and provide clear project communication to stakeholders.

· Ensure adherence to internal project governance, procurement, vendor management, information security, and compliance processes.

Skills Required

· Strong IT project management and delivery governance skills.

· Excellent knowledge of Cards, Payments, and Banking Technology domains.

· Good understanding of tokenization, PCI DSS, ePayments, digital wallets, and payment processing flows.

· Knowledge of card schemes, certifications, mandates, and compliance requirements.

· Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.

· Strong analytical, planning, documentation, and reporting capabilities.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in banking IT environments.

· Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive delivery approach.

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR21,000.00 per month
