IT Project Manager - Client Management

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT professional who can manage client relationships while overseeing the delivery of IT projects and system enhancements. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements, manage priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for IT requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and BAU system enhancements.
• Gather and assess business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects and negotiate delivery timelines and resources.
• Conduct regular project and client meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases, project proposals, requirements documents, and other project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business units, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage SOWs, contracts, and other project-related commercial agreements.
• Present project updates, risks, recommendations, and key decisions to management.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and technology solutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONSMust Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Good to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Project Management, IT Management, Business Analysis, or related certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or similar.
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments and large-scale technology projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Account Management, Client Management, or a similar client-facing IT role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing client relationships and delivering IT projects or technology solutions.
• Proven experience in IT Project Management and end-to-end project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering at least one IT project in a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar capacity.
• Strong experience working with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing BAU system enhancements, technology requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, requirements gathering, planning, implementation, and delivery.
• Experience in contract and commercial management, including SOWs, Master Agreements, MITAs, or similar agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly terms.
• Proven ability to communicate and present to stakeholders at different organizational levels, including senior management.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
