About the Role

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. This role ensures projects meet business goals, technical requirements, and data quality standards while demonstrating flexibility to manage initiatives across different functions as priorities evolve. The ideal candidate possesses strong working knowledge of application systems, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in manufacturing and logistics domains using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans—including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies—ensuring alignment with business goals, data quality, and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Facilitate vendor alignment and stakeholder meetings, conduct vendor performance analysis, and communicate project progress, risks, and strategic decisions transparently.
• Project Delivery & Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and delivery of application-related and business solutions, ensuring deliverables meet quality benchmarks and business needs.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions. Drive prompt issue resolution and handle escalations effectively when necessary.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments. Maintain proper project documentation in strict adherence to PMO standards (e.g., project charters, project management plans).
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with organizational quality standards, internal deliverables, and external regulatory requirements to drive successful project completion and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Senior-level experience in project management.
• Domain Expertise: Direct experience managing projects within Manufacturing and Logistics industries.
• Methodology Expertise: Proven experience applying both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
