Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end software and technology projects. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure timely project execution, effective resource utilization, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, sprint execution, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct and coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, deployment, and production releases.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Manage changes in project scope and assess their impact on timelines and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

• Strong experience in IT/Software Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
