IT Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects across our digital ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, QA teams and external vendors to ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and with quality.

💼 What You’ll Do

• To lead end to end IT projects and ensure successful project delivery
• To coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Compliance and Operations
• To manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources effectively
• To oversee software development projects including Web, Mobile App, AI platform and Super App initiatives
• To manage third party vendors, technology partners and API integration projects
• To improve project governance, documentation and delivery processes
• To facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• To ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards
• To support company expansion through scalable digital platform
• To oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment and post-launch support
• To strengthen project management capability and improve overall operational efficiency

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of working experience in IT project management
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Experience in delivering enterprise software projects
• Experience in managing mobile app and web application projects
• Good at preparing project plans, meeting minutes, user stories, project timelines
• Preferable working in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Banking or E-wallet industry
• Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud), CI/CD and Web or Mobile application development.
