About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in both cloud infrastructure and web application development, who thrives in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects involving cloud infrastructure and web development.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external clients to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

• Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (preferred).

• Travel between our Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices as needed to support project activities.

• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) based on project needs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT, with hands-on expience to cloud and web development projects.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with both technical teams and clients.

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in English is a strong asset.

• Willingness to travel regularly between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
