IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects while managing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project delivery, Agile methodologies, team leadership, KPI reporting, stakeholder management, and maintaining the overall financial health of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Drive Agile project planning, sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans
• Define, track, and report project KPIs, metrics, and delivery performance to leadership and clients
• Own and manage the financial health of projects, including budget tracking, forecasting, resource utilization, cost management, and margin performance
• Prepare and present project status reports, financial summaries, executive dashboards, and steering committee updates
• Facilitate client meetings, project reviews, and governance discussions
• Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity, and utilization across project teams

About you

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management and project delivery
• Proven experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and overall project financial health
• Strong experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project governance
• Experience with KPI tracking, dashboard creation, executive reporting, and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet
