Experience: 1014 years | Level: Senior Consultant

Role: Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with business and security requirements.

Must-Have Skills

• 9+ years IT experience with strong IT Infrastructure Project Management exposure
• End-to-end infrastructure project delivery
• Experience with Data Center setup/migration
• Network & Server upgrades
• Cloud, Storage & Backup infrastructure
• VDI / End-user device refresh
• IT Security Infrastructure IAM, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection
• Strong Project Planning, Risk, Budget & Timeline Management
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Experience managing cross-functional/multi-geography teams
• Strong knowledge of SDLC
• Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
• JIRA mandatory
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and project governance
• Lead cross-functional technical and business teams
• Track milestones, project status and delivery performance
• Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID/risk logs and communication plans
• Communicate project progress and risks to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and client stakeholders

Required Tools / Technologies

JIRA – Mandatory
Infrastructure: Servers, Storage, Backup, Cloud, Networks, VDI, IAM, Firewalls, Endpoint Security

Preferred

• BFSI / Banking / Insurance domain experience
• Client-facing / consulting experience
• Infrastructure transformation or migration projects

Other Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
• Bangalore location
• Willing to travel/work at client location 5 days a week
