IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, and delivery)
• Develop project charter, timeline, budget, risk assessment, and project plan
• Manage stakeholders, project team, and cross-functional coordination
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality delivery, and provide regular reporting
• Handle change management process including RFC and Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Ensure project documentation, user training, and handover to IT Operations
• Manage project budget and ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost
• Provide guidance and direction to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong knowledge of SDLC; Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
• Experience in managing end-to-end IT projects and stakeholders
• Familiar with system development, API/integration, and IT infrastructure
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar tools
• PMP Certification is preferred
• IT Business Partner experience is a plus
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
