IT Project Manager – SDLC

Location: Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x onsite, 3x WFH)
Schedule: Day Shift

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will manage software development projects from planning to deployment and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing software development and systems integration projects.
• Experience working with Developers, QA, Business Analysts, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
• Experience handling UAT, system migration, deployment, and rollouts.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the SDLC, from planning to deployment.
• Lead and coordinate Agile/Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor project timelines, scope, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage UAT, deployment, migration, and system rollout activities.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
