Responsible for end-to-end management of strategic IT and Digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, budget control, and effective project governance. Key responsibilities include project planning, milestone and dependency tracking, risk and issue management, KPI monitoring, budget and financial tracking, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
The role involves establishing standardized PMO processes, developing dashboards and performance reports, facilitating governance meetings, tracking project portfolios, and supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, process improvement, and technology evaluations.
