Job Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can manage software/IT projects, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and as per requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT/software projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with Developers, QA, Designers, and other teams.
• Prepare project timelines, milestones, and task plans.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Understand client/business requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
• Identify project risks, issues, and delays and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide project updates to management.
• Manage team workload, resources, and priorities.
• Ensure proper project documentation and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management processes.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.

Preferred

• Experience in Web, Mobile App, or Software Development projects.
• PMP/Scrum certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong team-handling and client-management skills.
