Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise platform initiatives from planning through execution. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects in a global, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise platform and software projects.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and product management.
• Track project progress, resolve risks and issues, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication through regular status updates, steering meetings, and executive reporting.
• Drive customer onboarding, platform adoption, and migration initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, including release plans, RAID logs, and project reports.
• Manage scope changes through established change management processes.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and project governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT or Technical Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software, cloud, or data platform projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Technical background in software development, cloud platforms, or data engineering.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, Databricks, or enterprise platform technologies.
• QA or release management experience is a plus.
