As a Permanent IT Project Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry, responsible for overseeing and managing information technology projects. You will be the driving force behind the success of our IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the IT team, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage a wide range of IT projects from start to finish.

2. Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, technical specifications, and budgets.

3. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with the business objectives.

4. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

5. Ensure all IT projects are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

6. Lead the team in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues.

7. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

8. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

9. Perform quality assurance, ensuring that all projects are conducted using best practices and are delivered successfully.

10. Ensure all IT projects adhere to the company's cybersecurity policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the power industry

3. Proven experience in cybersecurity management and system security.

4. Strong understanding of audit and compliance procedures.

5. Ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements.

6. Experience in a power plant setting is highly desirable.

7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

9. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

10. Proficient in project management software tools.

11. PMP certification is a plus.
