Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Overview: Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a IT Project Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid opportunity based in Marlton, NJ offers the chance to lead technology focused projects that drive operational effectiveness and business goals. The selected candidate will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to oversee delivery efforts, strengthen project governance, and maintain visibility across multiple initiatives. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, experience managing technology projects, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Compensation: $65/hr

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:

• Oversee multiple technology related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
• Coordinate communication between business partners, leadership teams, and technical resources while providing clear updates on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
• Maintain project governance processes through comprehensive reporting, risk tracking, issue management, meeting facilitation, and action item follow up.
• Support Agile delivery practices by participating in planning activities, review sessions, team ceremonies, and ongoing delivery coordination.
• Develop and manage project dashboards, performance metrics, and documentation tools to improve transparency, accountability, and decision making.

Qualifications and Skills for the IT Project Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology focused projects involving software solutions, enterprise systems, or digital platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks and large scale planning practices within collaborative development environments.
• Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms, including extensive experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership while managing competing priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with a solid understanding of application development lifecycles and project delivery best practices.
