IT Project Manager

Architecture & Design

·        Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technical solutions that align with business objectives and technology roadmaps

·        Provide expert consultation to IT teams on system design, integration approaches, and technology selection

·        Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance

·        Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate

·        Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines

Project Leadership

·        Manage high-priority projects as assigned by the CIO, overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to implementation

·        Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments

·        Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical solutions on time and within budget

·        Provide regular status updates and reporting to executive leadership

·        Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery

Strategic Advisory

·        Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

·        Provide thought leadership on technology trends and their potential business impact

·        Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and digital transformation

·        Develop business cases for technology investments

·        Present architectural recommendations to senior management and executive leadership

Team Leadership

·        Mentor technical team members and help develop architectural capabilities across the organization

·        Collaborate with other IT leaders to align architectural decisions with operational needs

·        Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business

·        Provide guidance and direction to project teams during implementation phases

Job Qualification / คุณสมบัติ

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

·       10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in architecture roles

·       Proven experience managing complex technical projects

·       Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks

·       Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

·       Experience with cloud platforms, integration technologies, and modern application development

·       Knowledge of industry best practices in security, scalability, and high availability
