IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects from planning to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor team performance, task allocation, and overall project productivity.
• Handle changes in project requirements and ensure proper communication across teams.
• Ensure quality standards and project processes are followed.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and performance updates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong understanding of software/website development and IT project life cycles.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple teams effectively.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Prior experience in an IT company, software development company, or digital agency will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
