IT Project Manager

• We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong experience managing end-to-end IT projects within the banking/financial services domain.
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing multiple projects/workstreams, cross-functional teams, and multiple stakeholders throughout the complete project lifecycle. Experience working with US banking/financial services organizations is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies. Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously while ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with business, technology, operations, vendors, and senior management stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and mitigation plans.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery. Manage project resources, priorities, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate UAT, implementation, deployment/go-live, transition, and project closure. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-level issues and conflicts. Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, governance documentation, and other project artifacts. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Required Skills Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience. Mandatory experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain. Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects. Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, issue management, dependencies, resource planning, and project governance. Experience managing projects through testing, implementation/go-live, and closure.
• Strong knowledge of IT/software project delivery lifecycle. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Experience US Banking / Financial Services experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with US banks, financial institutions, or banking technology programs. Knowledge of banking processes, products, operations, or regulatory environments. Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
