Within Intesa Sanpaolo Group, our IT company has teams in Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia and Italy, joined together in developing, implementing and maintaining solutions for our international banks.

As a team of about 370 employees which continuously grows, we are looking for enthusiastic teammates to join us on our exciting banking tranformation journey.

What would be your main activities?

• Managing the life cycle of an ICT project, through the phases of initiation, planning, realization, monitoring and control and closure
• Achieving defined results and the projected level of quality within the adopted time benchmarks and allocated resources
• Applying adopted methodologies, good professional practice and recommendations to increase efficiency, effectiveness, risk reduction and regulatory compliance
• Managing and co-ordinating the release cycle, through the phases of prioritization, planning, monitoring of realization, validation and implementation, in order to more efficiently achieve business needs and maintain the integrity of the production environment
• Coordination of all IT teams involved and Communication with project stekeholders and company management
• Preparing reports in accordance with the needs of the Company and Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the field of competence

Experience we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT PM or a similar role

What is the candidate profile we are looking for?

• Communication and cooperation skills;
• Teamwork, flexibility and proactive approach;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Prior experience in finance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the area of Computing science, Informatics, Mathematics, Economics with emphasis on ICT, or similar
• English - advanced level allowing fluent communication, understanding complex technical statements and documents associated with duties
