IT Project Manager

About the role

Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, covering platform enhancements, system integrations, warehouse and logistics deployments, and online-to-offline (O2O) solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal business units, gathering and clarifying requirements, aligning expectations, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating major issues with recommended actions
• Coordinate communication across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and South-East Asia teams, adapting to cross-border schedules and working practices
• Oversee integration projects involving e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, warehouse management systems, and third-party logistics providers
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-launch support to ensure a smooth rollout and reliable transition to ongoing operations
• Ensure projects meet applicable local data privacy regulations and cross-border data transfer requirements
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve system reliability

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-border projects
• Proven track record delivering e-commerce, retail technology, or enterprise system integration projects
• International experience working with cross-border e-commerce platforms, payment systems, or logistics/supply chain technology is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and adapt to shifting business priorities
