IT Project Manager

myG India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – IT Projects to lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards. The role involves managing enterprise applications, ERP implementations, retail systems, digital transformation initiatives, and system integrations in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation and planning through implementation and successful closure.
• Manage ERP, Retail POS, CRM, mobile applications, web applications, and enterprise system integration projects.
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements in coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising business analysis, development, QA, and support resources.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and consultants to ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements.
• Oversee system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Drive digital transformation, process improvement, automation, and technology-led business initiatives.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, quality, and delivery performance, and present progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, information security, data privacy, and organisational standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree such as MBA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of total professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in retail, ERP, or enterprise application environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
