JOB DESCRIPTION: IT PROJECT MANAGER

LOANWALLE is a technology-driven financial platform building a trusted, customer-first ecosystem across lending, financial products and digital financial services. The IT Project Manager delivers our technology projects, manages vendors, and works with lenders and affiliates to find and fix technical problems quickly.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Project Delivery: Plan and run IT projects end to end using Agile/Scrum, from requirements to release, with QA and UAT sign-off.
• Listening & Issue Resolution: Listen to affiliates, lenders, vendors and internal teams, find the root cause, and track every issue to closure.
• Affiliate & Partner Coordination: Be the technical point of contact for onboarding, API integrations, lead sharing and data mismatches.
• Vendor Management: Manage KYC, payment, SMS/email, credit bureau, cloud and development vendors; track SLAs and escalate delays.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with developers, QA, product, sales, credit and operations; give management clear status updates.
• Risk & Compliance: Track project risks and follow RBI digital lending, KYC and data-privacy requirements.

• Projects delivered on time, within scope and quality.
• Faster resolution of partner, affiliate and vendor issues.
• Smooth onboarding of new lenders and affiliates; vendors within SLA.
• Regular status reports and clear documentation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 4–5 years in IT project management or technical coordination; B.E./B.Tech/MCA (MBA preferred).
• Strong listening and communication skills with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Proven vendor and external stakeholder management.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and cloud (AWS preferred); Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence.
• Fintech, NBFC, BFSI or affiliate marketing experience preferred; PMP/CSM/PSM a plus.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
