Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Resource Management: Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project success. Continuously monitor and optimize resource utilization.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions. Regularly assess project risks and take corrective actions as needed.

Project Execution: Lead and manage the project team in the execution of tasks, ensuring adherence to the project plan and schedule. Provide clear direction and support to team members.

Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget. Prepare budget reports and make recommendations for cost optimization.
