Overview

Univers is looking for a hands-on BizIT Project Manager to lead delivery of the business application portfolio following the separation of the China operations. The role owns the project pipeline for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, while managing IT commercial administration and the application managed services provider.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of business application projects from scoping and business case through go-live and hypercare.
• Lead Dynamics 365 roll-outs covering Finance, Procurement and Project Management modules and related integrations.
• Maintain project plans, budgets and executive status reporting; run steering and working-group meetings.
• Coordinate UAT, data migration, cut-over and go-live readiness with business owners, vendors and the Dynamics SME.

Vendor and managed services management

• Manage the managed services contract for Salesforce, SuccessFactors and Concur, including SLAs, service reviews and continuous improvement.
• Manage implementation partners against statements of work, deliverables and man-day consumption.
• Support contract renewals and licence true-ups using actual user roles and post-separation headcount.

IT administration and financial control

• Raise and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders for IT software, services and projects.
• Confirm goods receipts and reconcile invoice receipts against purchase orders, resolving mismatches with vendors and Finance.
• Maintain the IT contract and renewal register, including expiry dates, notice periods and pricing.
• Track project and run-rate spend against the approved IT budget and support accruals and forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of IT project management, including ERP or finance-system delivery; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.
• Experience managing SaaS vendors and managed services providers.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
