IT Project Manager

About the role

I.T. EASY Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly disciplined Project Manager (PM) - Supervisory Level to oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment of web-based medical laboratory information and automation systems. Supervising day-to-day operations and leading cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles from initiation to formal handover. Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and formal change control procedures.
• Drive strict adherence to healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM), client SLAs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate quality control activities, including configuration reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization. Manage non-conformities and execute CAPA.
• Supervise project coordinators and analysts. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and Technical Support teams.
• Serve as the central point of contact for external client project teams, leading weekly status updates, risk reviews, and executive reporting.

About you

• Proven experience managing technical software implementations or IT projects, ideally within the healthcare or medical automation fields.
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems, risk-based project planning, and structured project governance.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM) and experience using project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach junior project staff, manage resource requests, and resolve cross-functional project dependencies.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills for managing external client expectations and presenting audit-ready project records.
