What they need
About us
For more than 80 years, Nederman has developed solutions that protect people, planet and production. As a global leader in industrial air filtration and environmental technology, we continue to develop technologies, capabilities and business models for the future of clean air. We are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, have approximately 2,500 employees and operate in more than 50 countries.
Lead global ERP rollouts at Nederman, from planning to go-live. Join an experienced team in Helsingborg with a global roadmap to 2032. Interested?
Do you want to lead a global ERP rollout from initial planning through go-live? At Nederman, you will lead a full rollout wave within Nexus, our global program for process standardisation and ERP implementation on IFS Cloud.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager who combines clear project leadership with a practical approach and close collaboration with the business. You will join an experienced team with short decision paths and a long-term roadmap for implementations worldwide.
We are also open to a consultant solution if we find the right candidate.
About Nexus
Around twenty of our companies have already been implemented within scope, on budget and on time. A further five are going live in October 2026. In 2027, we will increase the pace to two parallel rollout waves, with implementations planned through 2032.
The program is delivered by an IT team of approximately 25–30 people. Together, we are establishing common ways of working and a platform that supports our operations globally.
Your role
As IT Project Manager, you will lead a full rollout wave, from mobilisation and planning through training, acceptance testing, cutover, and go-live, to decommissioning the legacy system. You will coordinate both technical delivery and business readiness.
You will work closely with local project managers and change managers and report to Nexus program management. With a clear mandate and short decision paths, you will drive progress, resolve issues and raise risks when decisions or support are needed.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Plan and lead the rollout, managing scope, timeline and quality.
- Coordinate and deliver training with module leads and local teams.
- Lead acceptance testing and ensure the business is ready for the transition.
- Take responsibility for cutover, go-live and decommissioning the legacy system.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to support local adoption of common processes.
- Manage dependencies and adapt plans as several implementations run in parallel.
You will be supported by a solution architect, product managers, module leads and our in-house application team. Your first assignment will be a rollout in a German manufacturing business, starting in January 2027.
Your experience and approach
- You have led major ERP implementations through cutover and go-live. You understand the challenges involved and can apply your experience to planning, decision-making and practical problem-solving.
- The ERP platform you have worked with matters less. Experience with IFS is an advantage, but not required.
- You combine drive with structure and stay on course when circumstances change. You build trust, manage competing interests, and confidently challenge local requests when they conflict with the global standard. At the same time, you listen carefully to business needs and explain the value of common ways of working.
- You bring strong stakeholder management and change management skills in international environments. Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
- You communicate fluently in English. German is an advantage.
Why join Nederman?
We offer a variety of successive implementations alongside the continuity of an established team. Each rollout brings a new business context and new challenges, while allowing you to build on lessons from previous waves.
You will work with a modern platform, with in-house decision-making and several years of rollouts ahead across Europe, Mexico, and the United States. You'll also have opportunities to develop your career within Nederman; our previous project manager moved into another internal role after five years.
Practical information
Location: Our headquarters in Helsingborg, with an expectation of three to four days per week in the office.
Team: Around ten colleagues based in Helsingborg, working with colleagues globally.
Travel: About three international trips per implementation, each lasting a few days.
Start date: As soon as possible. The next rollout wave starts in January 2027.
