Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager who can lead complex programs from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable execution. Our team is looking for someone who can drive cross-functional progress, strengthen controls-related initiatives, and help ensure critical project outcomes are delivered with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects from conception through implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while maintaining governance, communication, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support controls remediation, access role redesign, IT SOX documentation, and process improvement efforts for acquisitions and strategic technology initiatives.

Required:

• 6+ years of experience in IT Program OR Project Management
• Experience managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, ProPM, and MS Projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
