Job Summary

Regia Digitals is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee our software development projects, coordinate technical teams, supervise daily operations, and ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.

We develop fintech solutions, including digital wallets, payment platforms, financial applications, and custom software systems.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing software developers, understanding technical project requirements, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate software developers and other assigned team members.
• Manage software development projects from planning to deployment.
• Assign tasks, establish deadlines, and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and track project progress.
• Ensure developers complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, mobile app, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify technical challenges and work with developers to resolve them.
• Review project deliverables and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Ensure effective communication and accountability across the team.
• Support the successful delivery and maintenance of fintech software solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management, software development management, or technical team leadership.
• Good understanding of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, databases, and software development processes.
• Ability to supervise developers and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain team productivity.
• Experience working with fintech or payment-related software is an advantage.
• A software development background is an added advantage.
