IT Project Manager

Must Have Skills

• At least 8-10 years in IT, with aleast 3 years as Project Management
• Project Management: Ability to apply knowledge in Work Breakdown Structure, Risk Management, Issue Management, and Dependency Management to effectively organize, plan, and lead multiple initiatives at once. Experience in PMI/ PRINCE2 PM framework and/or Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodology is aplus
• Financial Management: Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Can effectively communicate and understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Agile in adapting to change and learning new technologies.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate well with the technical team, business stakeholders, and IT leaders
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT’s technical side (systems, configuration, deployment, SDLC life cycle), infrastructure, emerging technologies, and service delivery landscape.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with data initiatives/projects and specific to the following subject area expertise is highly preferred - particularly Enterprise Data Platforms & Master Data Management Platforms
• Highly familiar with the use of Jira and Confluence
• Experience in test management
• Project Management certification is a plus

Qualifications

• Responsible for driving engagement with the vendors for pre-project preparation & RFIs including the prioritization of Data Platform & Analytics Projects as part of the business planning / demand planning cycle
• Responsible for vendors directly involved in providing the services for the delivery scope.
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Data Platform & Analytics projects, delivering within scope, approved project schedule and budget commitments with strong adherence
• Develop, maintain, track and report to project stakeholders, realistic project schedule, project budget.
• Provide visibility on the project status to all relevant project stakeholders on the agreed frequency and timing including timely escalation of issues.
• Monitor, manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies throughout the whole project
• Oversee and manage day to day activities of the project team provide help, support and direction on any outstanding project concern or questions
• Help assess change impact analysis, review changes required and handle change management process as necessary.
• Ensure the project complies with all bank policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure project complies to all project management standards and methodologies.
• Develop the right estimates on capacity needs, on-board and off-boarding timing and any performance issues or unforeseen contention for resources.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
