Project Manager – Digital Solutions

Job Summary
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, AI-driven systems, automation, analytics, and system integration projects. Combine project management and business analysis to translate customer requirements into solutions delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and change requests; maintain project plans and status reports.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders; facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, and milestone checkpoints.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and recommend digital improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements; prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Documents (SDD), wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows.
• Coordinate implementation, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, hypercare, and handover to support teams.
• Drive solution enhancements, digital adoption, and change management based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis for IT solution delivery.
• Proven experience liaising directly with customers and leading cross-functional teams. Assistant Managers, Team Leads, and senior professionals with relevant leadership experience are welcome to apply.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools, and SRS/SDD documentation and diagramming tools such as diagrams.net.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modelling, including tools such as MySQL Workbench; familiarity with HTML and UI/UX wireframing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience delivering CRM, digital transformation, AI/ML, or automation projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation tools, and data pipelines.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM); AI/ML, data analytics, or cloud certifications are an advantage.
