Project Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate the Scrum process and support the application of Agile principles and practices within our delivery environment. The role works in coordination with Product Ownership and the development team to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

- Facilitate the daily stand-up meeting to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

- Address obstacles or impediments affecting productivity and progress.

- Provide guidance on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

- Collaborate with Product Ownership to support backlog management and prioritization.

- Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings to define upcoming sprint work.

- Enable collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.

- Monitor adherence to Scrum practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Conduct retrospectives to identify improvement areas and support implementation.

- Contribute to relevant meetings and discussions to provide guidance on Scrum practices.

- Support engagement and continuous improvement dynamics within the delivery context.

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

- Strong overview of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

- Demonstrated expertise in Scrum Master or similar Agile service contexts.

- Proven capability to facilitate and guide Agile practices and ceremonies.

- Problem-solving expertise to identify and address impediments impacting progress.

- Overview of software development processes and methodologies.

- Expertise in supporting product backlog management and sprint planning activities.

- Familiarity with Scrum-related practices and delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
