Whether it's autonomous vehicles, life-saving medical tech, next-gen aerospace, or AI/cloud infrastructure - our integrated solutions don’t just meet standards—they redefine them.Technical Project Manager - SeniorEducation: Bachelors Degree ( Industrial engineer, Computer Engineering,Information Technology or InformationSystems).Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner)Experiencie: Professional qualification with strong commercial focus 5+ years of experience preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment Process improvement and reengineering experience Real-Time Operating Systems Cybersecurity Knowledge of SMT, ERP, MES and WMS processesKnowledge:PMLC (Project Life cycle Management): Proven ability to lead projects through all phases (initiation, planning,execution, monitoring & control, closure).Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kan-ban, or Lean is highly valuable in today'sfast-paced environment.Risk Management: A track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risksBudget Management: Experience in developing and managing project budgets, including cost control andforecasting.Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels(clients, team members, sponsors).Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productivework environment.Skills / Competencies:Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for clear and concise reporting,presentations, and stakeholder interactions.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving projectchallenges effectively.Organization & Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently underpressure.Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and relevantsoftware.Sense or urgency mindsetResponsabilities/ Activities:This role will be responsible for project management of a number of projects in one or more IT portfolios within the ITglobal business services team. Projects will range in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas orfunctions. Some will involve business process change and IT aspects. Projects may target productivity improvement,cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction (through improved system architecture) and/or complianceenhancement.You will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology,solutions development and process improvement execution. You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally tomanage successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely with both thebusiness & IT leadership team to regularly report progress and status
