IT Project Manager-Loan Management System

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects of Loan Management Systems
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to loan origination, servicing, collections, and closures
• Collaborate with business teams (credit, operations, risk, finance) and IT teams for solution delivery
• Manage integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, credit bureaus, and third-party vendors
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely mitigation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements
• Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployment, and post-go-live support
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and system performance
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and automation in lending lifecycle
• Manage the Change request in a time bound manner.
• Regular and timely updates to their reporting officer and senior management.
