Responsibilities:

• Manage project activation, planning, and overall management of regional projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the customer’s project team and local IT markets for all project-related matters.
• Act as the primary liaison for distributing project updates, changes, and critical information to local onsite teams during project execution.
• Take full accountability for mobilizing and managing resources with partners, and local resources to provide onsite project support according to defined schedules
• Organize and conduct training sessions for all local teams to ensure readiness and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with local project managers in each market to proactively address and resolve country-specific issues that could impact project timelines or quality
• Coordinate with customer market IT teams to arrange office/ project support resources
• Serve as the escalation point for local onsite team service delivery issues raised by customer market IT
• Consolidate and report on country-level project data and from various market, providing regular status updates to the client’s project team
• Manage effective transfer of support knowledge and documentation to the Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams during project closure
• Provide regular, instant, and urgent project updates as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience, PMP/ Prince 2 certification is ideal
• At least 3 years experience in managing IT services projects / technologies in vendor environment
• 1-year hands-on experience managing Retail Store IT projects and experience of retail store setups, events, and renovations.
• Experience in driving project transition activities, coordinating between market teams and support functions.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively & detailed oriented.
• Experience in working within Agile development frameworks is ideal.
• Experience in regional project deployments across multiple APAC markets is ideal.
• Experience in SI/Service Provider is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
