What they need
IT Strategic Project – Supervisor / Associate Manager
Salary: Up to ₱100,000
Location: Novaliches or Ortigas
Work Setup: Hybrid (majority onsite)
Schedule: Compressed Workweek – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Must have vast experience delivering end-to-end IT projects.
- Strong experience in SAP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, and other SAP solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, ERP software, and Data Management Solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in rollout implementations and project deployments.
- Strong understanding of project governance, project management processes, and project tools.
- Must be able to manage projects from planning and implementation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholders are properly managed.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience handling large-scale or enterprise-level technology projects are highly preferred.
