About the role:

We are hiring an IT Project Manager to lead our SAP system integration, upgrade, and optimization initiatives. You will drive cross-departmental projects that support our ERP transformation, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-departmental SAP integration, upgrade, and module optimization projects to support corporate objectives
• Develop project charters, business cases, and phased implementation plans covering system migration, data governance, and user training
• Monitor project performance against time, budget, and quality metrics; provide regular ERP integration reports to stakeholders
• Manage vendor selection and performance to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Develop risk mitigation plans, including business continuity considerations for system changes
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years managing large-scale ERP or cross-departmental business projects with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, including the ChaRM process and ITSM integration
• PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification (at least one)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience leading and managing external vendors/technology partners
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
