IT Project Manager (SAP)

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of enterprise technology projects. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through implementation and go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish project governance, track milestones, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project escalations, and change requests.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams and complex transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management or enterprise technology implementation.
• Experience delivering enterprise HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise software implementation environments is preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programmes and senior executive stakeholders is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
