Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 4+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience in Agile/Waterfall Methodology and SDLC.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software is a plus1
- Must come from software dev company and has experience doing client presentations/meetings and comfortable to conduct technical interviews
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, as applicable.
- Facilitates Scrum events (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective) as needed and ensures that they are conducted as scheduled, as applicable.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
