IT Project Manager - Urgent Hiring!!

About the role

The Project Manager plays the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing TFSPH projects. He/she plans and spearheads the development and completion of the assigned technology-based project in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standard.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in IT Project Management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
• Proven experience in project planning, risk and issue management, and coordination across teams
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support resolution of scheduling or delivery conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT or technology transformation projects
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Background in financial services or fintech (preferred)
• Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall / Agile exposure)

Nice to Have

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial platforms
