BlueScale, a consulting firm in financial services in Luxembourg is looking for a IT Project/Program Delivery consultant for the mission below :

01 Strategic and Leadership Skills

Vision and Communication: Define the program vision and pertinent milestones, and articulating the rationale to all stakeholders, from executives to operational staff.

Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and building trusted relationships with executives and regulators.

Change Management: Lead the change management initiatives, including training, process redesign, and post-go-live support to ensure business and operational readiness and mitigate resistance.

Team Leadership: Inspire and guide large, cross-functional, and often multi-vendor teams of architects, analysts, developers, and project managers in a matrixed environment.

Political Acumen: Translate complex technical delivery into tangible business value and navigating internal politics effectively.

Decisive Leadership Under Pressure: Maintain calm, decisive leadership during intense delivery periods, especially during critical phases like the cutover.

02 Technical Expertise Core Banking Platforms: architectural principles. Deep understanding of core banking systems and modern

Data Migration & Reconciliation: Expertise in data migration frameworks, execution, and data cleansing processes.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory and security requirements.

Vendor Management: Managing relationships and contracts with multiple technology service providers.

Legacy & Modern Environments: Ability to navigate both outdated legacy systems and next-generation platforms.

03 Program & Project Management Expertise

End-to-End Delivery: Leading the entire lifecycle of core banking migration programs.

Governance & Risk Management: Establishing robust governance and tracking budgets, risks, and milestones.

Testing and Validation: acceptance testing. Defining and overseeing comprehensive testing strategies, including user

Cutover Planning: Direct accountability for meticulous cutover planning and execution to minimize operational disruption.

Methodology Proficiency: Skilled in various project management methodologies (

Agile,hybrid, traditional).

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address issues and avoid delays.

Rémunération : €80.000,00 à €110.000,00 par heure
