About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead and govern supply chain planning technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects across departments and geographies
• Lead end-to-end program/project management planning, resource management, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication
• Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, risks, and mitigation plans
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, resources, and status tracking
• Act as the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams
• Own project delivery on-time and in-scope, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Drive periodic status reporting and maintain reusable documentation/lessons learned
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-12 years of experience with a strong educational background from a reputed engineering/management institute
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP or SaaS-based IT product implementations
• Prior exposure to supply chain planning tools O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, JDA, Manugistics, or Oracle SCM
• Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid project environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global/cross-functional teams
• FMCG/IT program exposure is an added advantage
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of analytical tools like R
• Planning practitioner's mindset with a strong customer-value focus
