IT Purchase / Procurement Executive

We are hiring an IT Purchase / Procurement Executive with experience in purchasing IT hardware and managing vendors.

The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with OEMs, brands, distributors, and IT hardware vendors, along with strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of Tally.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchase activities for IT hardware.
• Coordinate with OEMs, brands, distributors, and vendors.
• Procure laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, IT peripherals, and accessories.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability of products.
• Maintain purchase-related records and documentation.
• Use Tally for purchase/procurement-related activities.
• Stay informed about the local IT hardware market and vendor availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Purchase / Procurement.
• Experience in IT Hardware & Networking.
• Experience managing IT hardware vendors/OEMs/brands.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Tally.
• Good knowledge of the local IT hardware market.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
